..::Rank Breaker Gene::.. The Rank Breaker Gene or RB is a rare mutation in which a dragon can rank either higher, as a king or queen (which is very rare), or lower. This means that a Green can have the ability to be a queen and can rank in as such. A blue could rank as a king. OR a gold could rank as a green or a bronze as a blue.
A non-mettalic that will increase in rank will gain a highly metallic sheen to their hide while a king or queen or any that have a metallic sheen that rank down... will lose it. Or so has been seen with cannon colors.
It is far more rare for a Queen or King to display this trait though that being said, it is still quite rare for a common color to be elevated to a higher rank. It is more often seen in the male colors than the female overall. Rarity: 1% in Common Males; .5% in Common Females; .05% in Rare Males & .01% in Queens
..::Gender Swap::.. This mutation is just what it sounds like. In this mutation, the typical gender of any one gender rank (color) can be swapped from female to male or male to female. This is more prevalent in Common and even Uncommon colors over Rare colors. Rarity: 5% in Common Colors; 2% in Uncommon Colors; 1% in Kings & .001% in Queens
..::Color Mutations::.. These are non-canon or mutation colors. The causes (be they genetic or environmental) are uncertain. Rarity: Unknown though likely very rare as isolated cases.
..::Neon::.. These dragons are very special. They come in all colors and are considered neons because they have bio luminescent markings, which glow at all times, though are most noticeable in the dark. They are always fertile up to three eggs, even in the small colors. They are beautiful creatures, typically female, though males may also have this mutation every now and again. Rarity: 10% in Female Dragons & 5% in Male Dragons
..::Haze::.. Haze dragons are typically male and typically larger than most of their other colors. They will always have black markings. However, the generally have more than just a mean streak and tend towards being poorly tempered. It is considered a bit of a curse. Rarity: 10% in Males & 5% in Females
